Join me this upcoming week❤️

Hi guys. I think everybody in the world struggles with self love and self-growth in their lives. In my life I sometimes get stuck in a routine.. school, work, watching television, etc... and being in a routine for me, makes me start to feel upset or anxious. I started to notice that I don't challenge myself often enough to do things that will make me feel worthy or confident.
& I know I am not alone in that feeling. ✨
I put together 5 ideas that I am trying out this upcoming week to boost my self growth and self confidence and you guys should definitely try it out with me!!🙌🏼❤️
Phone FREE Moments
This is something I will be working on because I feel like I always have my phone on me and I am always checking social media or texting someone. When I am on my phone constantly it's hard to live in the moment. I think not having your phone on you all the time is nice and it can really free your mind and your time up -- I spend 1-3 hours combined on my phone daily and it feels like that time flies by.
I'm setting aside three times when I personally would usually have my phone on me to be phone free!! (You can pick any time you want)
•One ----- I won't use my phone in the morning until I get up and brush my teeth
•Two ----- Limit my phone use during my lunch break to half the time my break
•Three ----- Waking up in the middle of the night ( I always grab my phone and end up staying awake way longer than I want)

Self Love Compliments💜
Bragging on yourself and finding things you like about yourself can be a lot harder than picking out things you do wrong and what you dislike about yourself. Do one thing a day to show love to yourself. It's all about finding love within and not needing constant validation -- which I struggle with.
So the challenge is ----- Write one thing you love about yourself daily and write down a quote that resonates with you and keep it in your wallet or tape it to your phone, keep it somewhere you look often.

Workout Plan💪🏼
Working out is a huge stress-reliever for me and after I get done I always have an accomplished feeling. It doesn't have to be a long workout or hard, you can even go for a walk or jog!
I found a small workout on Pinterest that I'm going to do this week on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

Instagram Challenge 📷
Everyone LOVES Instagram these days. It is probably my most used app right now and I'm scrolling through it daily. It's so much fun to look through pictures and see what everyone is up to. The important thing to remember is that life can look exciting and fun on Instagram but that doesn't mean behind the photos the person posting really is happy and living an exciting life.
Something else that is easy and that we all do on Instagram is comparing yourself to others. It is easy to try to pick out things that make someone prettier than you-- which then makes us feel like we need to pick people apart and try to find something about them that isn't pretty and we become ugly on the inside.
So if you're on Instagram I came up with an idea to do an Instagram Challenge
•One -- When scrolling through your feed, find 2 posts that speak to you and leave a thoughtful comment.
•Two -- Unfollow 5 people who don't bring you joy or help you grow as a person
•Three -- Shout out your favorite page/blogger/person on Instagram and tell them why you love them and follow them
•Four -- Post a meaningful question on your Instagram story and respond to at least half the comments
•Five -- DM 5 of your friends a positive quote through Instagram

Daily Journal 📓
I know everyone says this but keeping track of my day and writing down feelings and stuff that has happened to me is something that is a really good reflector. I downloaded this app called Reflectly and it is a reflective journal on a day to day basis. It asks you to rate how you're feeling, what went on through the day, and my favorite part about it is that it asks you a meaningful question at the end and you write down a response. Every day the question is new and it is an easy journal to keep when you have a lot going on.
Download this app and use it for the week and then look back and reflect on what you can do better next week and all the good things that happened this week❤️❤️❤️❤️
